These web pages use JavaScript to handle user interaction. If your browser does not support JavaScript, or if you have deactivated it in the settings for the browser, some parts of this site will not function. For the moment there is no way to access the site without JavaScript.
The ScribbleCard service use Java in the browser. If your browser does not support Java, or if you have deactivated it in the settings for the browser, you will not be able to use this service.
If you are using the Internet through a so called web proxy (often the case with larger corporate networks) this service will not work. The reason is that the Java security model in the browser only allows the applet to connect to the server it was loaded from, which in the case of using a proxy is the proxy machine not my server.
I'm working on a version where you should at least be able to see part or all of the written scribble even behind a proxy.
To create a card either choose New from the top level menu or edit and send on a card you have received from someone else.
If you have received a card from someone else you should be able to click the link provided in the email. If this does not work you can manually put the card id string in from the email into the Collect page under the top level menu.
Given this information the service will try to send the card. You will be notified about success or problems in the sending window.
Note: The service will send the card to the email address(es) you specify but there is no way for the service to determine if the email address can be reached. If the address(es) are for non existing users, or if there is delivery problems in the mail service the card will not reach them.
